The site has a large lawn, a spacious terrace with garden furniture and a parasol and a grill. The site also has a partial low fence, so suitable for children. The large window on the west side of the house, where the roofed terrace is, affords a unique view over a nature reserve with pastures and varied birdlife. The stylishly furnished house consists of a large living room-kitchen with a fireplace, satellite TV, a sofa and a beautiful view of the natural surroundings. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped and provides everything you need for preparing meals. There are two similar bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 200cm). Right above the two bedrooms there is an attic with two further mattresses and a TV set. Another bedroom has two single beds (80 x 200cm). The large bathroom is fitted with a shower, whirlpool, sauna and underfloor heating. The small bathroom has a shower and a toilet. All the windows are fitted with insect screens. A wide range of leisure activities are available, such as fishing, golf (8km away). The location is a good starting point for trips to historical sites such as the Düppel mill, Schanzen and hiking trails. You can visit the beautiful harbour towns Sonderburg (10km) and Flensburg (25km) with their beautiful old houses and charming harbour districts. The house is just 100 metres from the beautiful, child-friendly beach on the Baltic Sea coast. The surroundings are known for their varied fauna, so it is recommended to pack binoculars. For our young guests, we provide a cot and a highchair. You can use the (wireless) Internet connection free of charge.
