Other things to note House rules To ensure the safety, quiet and comfort of all residents, please observe the following rules. OCCUPANCY - Use the accommodation peacefully and in accordance with its purpose as short-term tourist accommodation. - Maximum capacity: 2 people, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the management. - Access to the residence and to the accommodation is strictly reserved for the people registered on the booking. Any outside or undeclared person is denied access, even for a brief visit. - Any additional person must be declared to and authorised by the management before entering. - Overnight stays by people not registered on the booking are strictly prohibited. - Proof of identity may be requested from any occupant; foreign travellers complete an individual police form, as required by regulations. - Access codes and keys are strictly personal: disclosing, sharing or reselling them is prohibited. - Subletting and making the accommodation available to a third party, whether free of charge or for payment, are prohibited. PROHIBITED USES - Any professional or commercial activity, any use as a registered address, any filming and any organised event. - Any unlawful activity, including the possession, use, production or supply of narcotics, the possession of weapons, the handling of stolen goods and any trafficking. - Any paid, solicited or organised sexual activity, and any activity amounting to procuring. - Parties, gatherings and events. LIVING IN THE RESIDENCE - The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, including at the windows: a 250 EUR penalty applies, without prejudice to cleaning, deodorising or restoration costs. - Pets are not allowed, unless previously agreed by the management. - Respect the neighbours and keep noise down, particularly between 10 pm and 7 am. - Keep the accommodation and the common areas clean; no waste or rubbish bags in the corridors. - Any damage, breakage or incident must be reported to the management immediately. - Switch off the lights and electrical appliances when leaving the accommodation. - The common areas of the residence are fitted with video surveillance for security purposes, in accordance with applicable regulations. PENALTIES - Any breach may result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund and no rehousing, eviction of the occupants, retention of all or part of the security deposit, and invoicing of the costs incurred. - Any breach may be reported to the booking platform. - Any unlawful activity observed will be reported to the competent authorities.
