Isabella Vista is the most perfect holiday home for friends and family. Modern, spacious three bedroom apartment. In the tranquil residental area of Tremezzina. A view, a terrace and a Jacuzzi, you could not want for more!! The space IsaBellaVista, spacious, bright and airy, fully accommodating for 6 persons is in a great location. The Tremezzina council that includes all towns going from Lenno south to Tremezzo north is know as the riviera of Lake Como, sunny from sun up to the late hours of the afternoon. This lovely modern and new apartment offers a terrace with a lovely view of the lake, mountains and valleys opposite, a small garden that also offers a fantastic Jacuzzi that easily accommodates 4 adults! The best thing to come home to in the afternoon after a long day of exploring the lake, a Jacuzzi and a lovely glass of prosecco! What more could you want?? Entering Casa Isabella you are welcomed by the large, modern and fully equipped kitchen, U you have all of the space that you could need to prepare your Italian meals, or even just breakfast to enjoy on the terrace, or better still, for preparing "the aperitvo" Italian Style to enjoy at the end of a long afternoon! The living area is also large and accommodating with double sofa, dining table for 6 and it opens out onto both the garden to the side and the terrace to the front. It offers flat screen tv and Internet through out the full house. Out in the garden there is enough space for your sun loungers that are available for your use and of course the Jacuzzi where you can totally relax. On this same floor as the living room there are 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The master with queen size double bed, large wardrobes and views over the garden and adjacent, r the second bedroom with a single bunk beds also ample storage and lots of toys and games for the children so they can be kept busy! Also on this floor is the large family bathroom with shower, basin, wc, bidet and washing machine. Going down the stairs you access the second double bedroom with en suite, we are undecided if the master bedroom should be the one up stairs or this one downstairs as it has an en suite bathroom with shower and is a bit away from it all and also has it's own independent entrance so great for coming in separately as not to disturb upstairs. Guest access You have full access to the property, private parking space, garden and Jacuzzi. Other things to note PASSPORT REGISTRATION We will request passports of everyone in your group on arrival for passport registration, this is for the local police and tourist stats for the Regione Lombardia. TOURIST TAX AND ARRIVAL Please keep in mind that the municipality of Tremezzina charges a daily tourist tax of €2 per person (children below 12 yrs of age are exempt) for the first 7 days of your stay. This amount will be collected in CASH by LoveComo at check in.  We will also request your personal documents (passport or id card) for tourist registration. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES  Check in time is between 3 to 6pm. It is important that you inform us of your estimated time of arrival a few days in advance by email to:  so we can arrange meet and greet services. If you do not advise us of arrival times outside the stipulated hours of 3 to 6pm, we reserve the right to charge a €50 surcharge to cover late arrival costs, which will be deducted from your security deposit.  Should you wish to arrive earlier than 3pm and your property is ready, we will be happy to conduct an earlier check in.  Check out is prior to 10am HEATING in winter months heating is not included in the rent.
