House of 90 m2 on 2 floors with south terrace, accessible by a staircase of a few steps. It has 5 beds upstairs (1 bed of 90/1 bed of 140/1 bed of 160 separable into 2 small beds of 80) and a sofa bed of 140 in the living room (accommodates up to 7 people). Perfect for a long or short family stay or for a cure! The ground floor consists of a bright 30 m2 dining room with large TV, Orange TV package, desk/internet area, sofa area, relaxing armchair and coffee table, large dining table, book library and vinyls to listen to on a quality turntable. The living room opens onto a 15 m2 equipped kitchen with gas stove/oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, small appliances (coffee machine/kettle/toaster/mixer/blender) to cook in peace, overlooking the outdoor terrace. Bathroom with spacious shower, extra flat receiver and separate toilet. The 1st floor, attic with high ceilings consists of a first bedroom with a single bed of 90 x 200 and dresser, a large bedroom with dressing room and dressers (a bed of 160 x 200 separating into 2 small beds of 80) and a small sleeping area with a bed of 140 x 200 in the attic. In a small storage room adjoining the kitchen, you have access to a washing machine, a gas plancha and all the accessories to relax outdoors (table/parasol/sun loungers/clothes dryer). A private parking space is available free of charge. Direct access to GR3, GTMC and EuroVélo 6, CELTÔ Spa and Wellness and Thermal Baths 3 minutes' walk, Casino de Bourbon-Lancy. 25 minutes drive from Le PAL amusement park. The Loire and its water sports 4 km away and at the gates of Morvan National Park. Guest access The accommodation is totally dedicated to you! Other things to note You have access to a free parking space right in front of the house. You can access the La Grisette vacation rental by car by taking Rue du Paradis, which is a one-way street except for residents, to get to Rue des Sources. You will find a small 2-space parking lot located on your left at the top of Rue du Paradis at the intersection (Rue du Paradis, Rue des Sources, Rue Croix-Vinaigriers).
