The space Warm welcome to Tjörn and a high located accommodation with beautiful sea view towards Hakefjorden. The house has a total of 9 beds. In the main building there are 6 beds divided into three rooms. In Attefallhuset there are three more beds. In bedroom 1 there is a large double bed, desk and spacious wardrobes. It also has a patio door with access to a balcony. In bedroom 2, there are two single beds that can be pulled together to a double bed. It also has a smaller dresser for clothing storage. Bedroom 3/relax has a pull-out sofa bed that can be made into a double bed. Attefallhuset has three beds (without toilet). All rooms have floor heating. In the living room there is a sofa, dining area, TV and fireplace. There is also an air heat pump with cooling function. Set the desired temperature smoothly. With the home, access to a variety of streaming services such as Netflix, HBO Max, and TV4-play is included. The sound is amplified with Sonos speakers where you can also connect your own music. Large windows offer a fantastic sea view towards the Hakefjord. Large sliding doors offer access to a large paved terrace with gas grill. There are two separate food groups that easily can be put together to a larger one. Four sunbeds are also available. Large multi-level garden provides opportunities for different activities such as cube games on the lawn. The house has two bathrooms. One with shower and toilet and the other with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with the equipment needed for cooking and baking. Here you will find, among other things, toaster, coffeemaker and sparkling machine and other basic equipment. It has a small seating area with room for four or five people. In the accommodation there is also access to the wood-fired sauna, also this one with a sea view. With this home you are close to salt baths and scenic walking paths. A nice swimming jetty is only a few minutes walk away. At Tjörn there is a lot to experience and discover. Plenty of flea markets and farm shops. Archipelago trips to Åstol, Dyrön or Härön. In Skärhamn (about 10 km from the beoendet) there is the Watercolor Museum and many nice restaurants. Household, WiFi and propane are included in the price. Smooth availability with code lock.
