Along this coast there are extensive beaches, rugged cliffs and many spectacular viewpoints. Whether you want a coastal walk, a visit to Slain’s Castle (the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s Dracula), a round of Golf at either the very fine local course or indeed the nearby Trump International Golf Links, you will be in the ideal location. The property is located just off the A90, giving easy access from Aberdeen and the surrounding area. This property is a large, modern home, tastefully decorated to a high standard, with a range of amenities, including both a wood burning fireplace and a simple to use central heating system. It comes with a wide range of extras. Enjoy the relaxing living room, with two substantial comfy sofas, free WiFi, flatscreen TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix ready to go. There are five modern, comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms. Four double rooms, all spacious and relaxing, one of which has an additional single bed. The fifth bedroom is a twin room. All the rooms have a luxury feel to help you relax and enjoy your stay. The house has been recently renovated and sound proofed. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the required equipment, a large fridge and cooker, microwave and coffee maker. An island breakfast bar is available along with a convenient table and chairs. A separate utility room provides for any laundry and cleaning needs. The two bathrooms have been fitted out to a luxurious, high quality standard and include a drenching shower and a jacuzzi bath. An additional toilet is also available. The well equipped games room caters for all your needs and with bar football, a pool table, games console and a range of games, will ensure that this location is a hit with all the family. If you are looking to put up balloons/banners in the house, this needs to be done without using sellotape and/or drawing pins to hang them as it’s causing damage to the walls. Any Parties /Stag Do/ Hen Party must be authorised in advance.
