The property also benefits from beautiful grounds, designed by Chelsea Gold Medalist, Richard Miers, consisting of formal lawns, mature trees, and herbaceous borders, all thoughtfully lit and irrigated, with a pergola covered terrace leading directly from the kitchen. The village of Broadwell has a lovely pub called The Fox which serves delicious food, within walking distance of Manor Farm. The market towns of Chipping Norton and Stow on the Wold are just a short drive away where you will find restaurants, coffees shops and supermarkets. AVAILABLE by separate negotiation, The Carthouse - a fully contained separate annexe, over 2 floors, comprising of a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen.
