Half an hour drive from the East Coast. Please note this is a smoking/vaping, pet free holiday home. The space Open plan lounge with tv, fully equipped kitchen diner leading onto one twin bedroom, a double bedroom with walk in wardrobe and bathroom with bath and shower. All beds made up ready for your arrival and towels included. Also has Wi-Fi. Outside there is seating on the decking through the double patio doors and a picnic table on the gravel. Private garden laid to gravel. Free parking and riverside pub with beer garden overlooking the River Witham, also we have a fishing tackle shop inside the pub. Located right near to RAF Coningsby where you can see typhoons and other iconic planes including The Lancaster take off and land. Guest access Guests have access to the river bank and our boat mooring.
