The space The Maddalene apartment, located on the ground floor of the Orizzonti d 'Anaunia residence, offers a large bright and airy space, perfect for large families or groups of friends. It has two very spacious rooms: one double with extra single bed and another double, as well as a large living area ideal for moments of conviviality and relaxation. The apartment boasts a delightful private gated house, perfect for your four-legged friends, equipped with table and chairs, where you can enjoy moments outdoors while admiring the beautiful view of the castle. Convenience is guaranteed by the parking adjacent to the house, which makes it easy to access the ground floor. From the apartment, the "horizons" never disappoint: you can admire evocative views directly from your stay, making every moment special. Guest access THINGS TO KNOW -Before arriving, we ask you to contact us by phone 30 minutes before arriving or providing us about the time of your arrival - the house has 3 parking lots in front of the house , if these are occupied just off the street near the charging stations we have 2 parking lots reserved for our guests - We recommend not stopping for a minute in front of the gate and the driveway and respecting the white lines of the parking lot - at the check-in you will be asked for the documents and we will have to pay the accommodation tax of €1.5 per day not included in the reservation - it is not necessary to bring bottles of water from home to drink , our water comes from the mountains and is very good Other things to note -Our house is located a few minutes from the center of the valley, where you will find all the essential amenities such as shops, bars and pharmacies. -The house is located in a quiet village equipped with all the main services. Just 300 meters away, easily accessible on foot, you will find a small supermarket, while large supermarkets, located just 1 km away, are also open on holidays. - Nearby, there are numerous restaurants, shelters and places where you can taste the typical dishes of the local cuisine. We will be happy to recommend the best places to eat. -Our property has an agreement with a villa just 100 meters away, which offers excellent breakfast service. On request, you can enjoy a hearty breakfast buffet in an exclusive location. -In addition, we are affiliated with the same villa for access to the spa and spa. Upon request, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a private spa experience for moments of pure relaxation and well-being.
