Welcome to Manoir de Sy, a characterful manor house that has been renovated with an eye for detail into a luxurious holiday home. Located in charming Sy, on the banks of the Ourthe, you combine luxury and atmosphere with contemporary comfort. Inside you will discover several salons, a billiard room, a library, a sitting room with fireplace and a buffet piano. All this invites you to cozy evenings with friends or family. The space The high-quality equipped living kitchen (2x Miele dishwasher, induction stove with 3 ovens, American refrigerator, ...) is made for cooking and dining together at the long monastery tables. 7 elegant bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (including 3 ensuite bathrooms and 2 full bathrooms with bathtub) accommodate groups of up to 15 people, each finished with care and luxury in a warm, refined style: - chambre Albert: king size bed with ensuite bathroom - chambre Marie: king size bed with ensuite bathroom - chambre Jeanne: king size bed with ensuite bathroom - chambre Michel: 2 single beds - chambre Alice: 2 single beds - Rose room: king size bed - Charles room: 4 single beds and 1 sofa bed Michel and Alice rooms share 1 large bathroom with bathtub Rose and Charles rooms share 1 large bathroom with bathtub There are a total of 5 toilets, 3 of which are separate. For your relaxation, a barrel sauna and a hot tub under the stars are at your disposal. Outside you can enjoy a large garden at the back overlooking the Ourthe, cozy terraces, a large barbecue and a beautifully landscaped petanque court. Children will find their place in the playroom or romp in the garden, while adults enjoy the tranquility and luxury of the country house. There are several board games and games for the garden (criquet, KUBB, petanque balls, swing, etc.) There is also a very good WiFi connection throughout the house, which also covers a large part of the garden. 2 bluetooth connected boxes from Samsung and a smart TV for those who like to watch a movie on Netflix, Disney+ or stream music on Spotify. Thanks to the unique location of the Manoir, you are within walking distance of the banks of the Ourthe and the surrounding forests, and you can reach Durbuy, the castle of Logne and other pearls of the Ardennes in a short distance. For the sports enthusiasts, the rocks of Sy can be climbed within walking distance for the daredevils, or you can take several beautiful signposted walks starting from our house. Cycling, kayaking, golfing and horseback riding are of course also all possible nearby. Within walking distance, you have 2 restaurants/brasseries located on the Ourthe during the weekend. Guest access The entire house, as well as the entire garden, is available to guests and is private for your use. There is space for max 6 cars in the private parking space. The grounds are fully enclosed. The Manoir also has an electric charging station (Level 2 – AC, up to ±7.5 kW), which can be used for a fee using your own charging card or QR code. Consumption is automatically calculated via the charging operator. Manoir de Sy is located in a cul-de-sac street which opens on the banks of the Ourthe. Due to the presence of a picturesque train station, you can also easily reach the Manoir de Sy by train. Other things to note - Pets not allowed - Events and parties are not allowed - Smoking is not allowed inside - Please consider the neighbors between 8pm and 8am and keep the complete peace and quiet in and around the holiday home. - There is camera security on the outside of the home - Bed and bath linen are available on request at €25 per person.
