The first home is a two-level haven featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. An additional lower-level unit features a separate entrance and offers a private bedroom and bathroom — ideal for guests seeking extra privacy. The second home is a single-level retreat with step-free access, an open-plan living/dining area, a modern kitchen, and sliding doors leading directly to the jetty. HOUSE ONE (DOUBLE-LEVEL) Main Level: Master Bedroom - 1 x Queen Bed with Ensuite Bedroom 2 - 1 x Double Bunk (Double + Single) + 1 x Single Bunk (2 Singles) Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen Bed A combined living, kitchen and dining room that opens up to the balcony overlooking the waterfront. Garage Level: This level is accessible via the door on the left side of the main door. The level features a laundry area, a half bathroom, and a separate TV room. ADDITIONAL UNIT An additional unit is accessible from the back of the main house. The unit features a living room and a full bathroom. HOUSE RULES • Please respect the property and neighbours. • Strictly no parking on the driveway to the Jetty. • No indoor smoking • Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. • Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am. • Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval. • Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand. • No parties allowed. • Small gatherings are subject to approval. • Pets are not allowed. • Please take care of your trash during your stay. Additional charges may be applied for excessive waste left in the property. Notice: Please be mindful of noise levels to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. Any violations may be reported to the authorities and could result in eviction. Guest access Guests will have full access to both homes, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, balconies, the backyard, private jetty, and kayaks. Parking for up to 4 vehicles is available on-site. The supply closet is not accessible to guests.
