The space The villa features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms with toilets, two spacious showers, and a freestanding bathtub – a true wellness oasis for relaxing moments. The generous living area offers two cozy sofa sets and a large flat-screen TV; an additional TV is located in one of the bedrooms. A dining table for 4 and the large, open kitchen make shared meals especially enjoyable. For up to 6 guests, a separate dining room with a large table and 6 chairs is available. Amenities also include a spacious double garage, a garden, and a terrace with seating, sunshade, and a gas grill – perfect for pleasant hours outdoors. The bright, modern design ensures you’ll feel at home from the very first moment. Guest access Check-in is easy and contactless from 3:00 pm. You can collect the house key from a key safe. The access code and all further details will be sent to you the day before your arrival. Other things to note **Pets** Dogs up to 40 cm tall at the shoulder are welcome upon request. A flat fee of €50.00 per stay applies. **Heating** Heating is provided by a heat pump with a central ventilation system. All rooms can be individually controlled via wall thermostats. **Wi-Fi** Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. **Smoking** Smoking is not permitted in the living rooms and bedrooms. However, a small smoking area with a sofa, table, and ashtray is available in the double garage. **Terrace & Garden** The spacious terrace and garden invite you to relax. There is seating for up to 6 people, a gas grill, and a large parasol. Please clean the grill after use with the provided wire brush. Before leaving, please: -Close windows and doors, turn off the lights -Load and start the dishwasher -Put the garbage in the outside bins (in bags only) -Return the key to the key safe **Damage** Minor accidents happen – please report them to us immediately. In the event of major damage, we are obligated to file a claim for compensation.
