Private Resort Kawazu, newly renovated in summer 2025, is a private rental resort featuring hot springs and a sauna. This vacation rental blends Japanese charm with Western comfort. Other things to note 《About Wi-Fi》 As fiber optic internet cannot be installed at this facility, we provide Wi-Fi using carrier mobile networks. Please be aware that connection stability may vary depending on signal conditions. 《Check-in Hours》 Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We cannot accommodate issues related to check-ins after 10:00 PM. 《Regarding Stairs》 Approximately 15 steps must be descended from the parking area to the entrance of our lodge. Please be cautious if carrying heavy luggage or if any guests have mobility issues. 《Regarding the River》 The river can be accessed by descending about 5 steps. The path is rocky and not formally maintained, so please exercise extreme caution to avoid slipping or falling. (Recommended only in summer. Please refrain from using the river during cold weather or after dark.) 《Regarding Changes in Number of Guests》 Our inn does not operate on a per-room charge basis. Therefore, the total cost will vary depending on the number of guests, even if within the room's capacity. If there are changes to the number of guests, please notify us by the day before your scheduled stay. Additionally, even for temporary use of the facilities without an overnight stay (e.g., BBQ only), the standard additional fee will apply. 《Parking》 There is parking space for two passenger vehicles. 《Insects》 As our facility is located in a natural setting, some insects may enter the rooms during spring and summer. We take all possible measures, but complete prevention is difficult. We appreciate your understanding regarding this point. Thank you for your cooperation. 《Smoking》 Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please smoke on the balcony or in the designated smoking area at the entrance. If smoking is discovered indoors, you will be charged for the costs of deodorization and restoration. 《Fireworks》 Fireworks are completely prohibited. Please enjoy them at Imaihama Beach. 《Noise》 Our property is located in a quiet resort area where loud noises carry easily outdoors. We have seen a serious increase in noise disturbances affecting neighbors caused by some guests. Please be especially mindful of the following behaviors: ・Playing loud music through speakers ・Loud conversations outdoors In severe cases, we may require you to vacate the premises immediately. Using speakers or having conversations is acceptable within reasonable limits. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure all guests enjoy a pleasant stay. 《Regarding the Surrounding Environment》 During your stay, external factors such as construction noise, sounds from nearby residents, or temporary odors may be present. As these occurrences are outside the facility and beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds or discounts based on such reasons. We kindly ask for your understanding when making your reservation. 《Regarding Room Issues》 If you have concerns about odors, stains, or other conditions within the room, we will inspect the situation in your presence. Please note that if you check out without prior consultation, we cannot offer discounts or refunds. We kindly ask for your understanding of this policy before making your reservation. 《Other Important Notes》 Fines may apply for the following violations: 1. Actual occupancy differing from the reserved number of guests Rates vary based on occupancy. Please notify us immediately of any changes to the reserved number of guests. If the actual number differs from the reservation, a penalty fee will be charged: the additional cost for the difference in guests plus 1.5 times the total reservation amount. 2. If the room is found to be excessively dirty If vomiting, spilled drinks, smoking indoors, etc., are observed, cleaning fees may be charged based on the extent of the mess. 3. In case of damage or theft The full cost of the damaged/stolen item(s) will be charged. 4. In case of significant delay at checkout A fee of ¥5,000 per 30 minutes may be charged.
