You’re right in the heart of Formby’s natural beauty, with pinewoods, dunes, and the beach all just a short walk away. Whether you’re here for lazy seaside days, long dog walks, world-class golf, or cosy pub nights, you can do it all without needing to get in the car. Walk everywhere Step out and wander straight into the pinewoods, across the dunes, and onto the beach — perfect for children and pets to explore safely and freely. A convenience store and café are just a five-minute walk away at the end of the road. Dog-lover’s and family paradise Formby’s coastal paths are made for four-legged companions and outdoor adventures, with the famous red squirrels adding to the magic. Golfing heaven Championship courses are on your doorstep: Formby Golf Club is an easy walk away, and Royal Birkdale — host of The Open — is only 10 minutes by car or a quick train ride.
