ACCESS TO MOCOCA BEACH: - The house is about 990 meters on foot from the beach, using the condominium's exclusive pedestrian access to the beach (THE ACCESS IS NEXT TO THE GATE, there are photos in the ad); - OR drive from the house to the condominium entrance (park the car inside the condominium), walk about 150 m, and you will ARRIVE AT THE SAND OF MOCOCA BEACH. *THE HOUSE IS (ON RUA ATUM) INSIDE THE GATED MAR VERDE CONDOMINIUM WITH 24-HOUR CONCIERGE AND PATROLS. The fine will be charged to the security deposit. * We prefer family groups or couples, we do not rent to groups, classes. * Vans or minibuses are not allowed in the condominium. * 110V POWER GRID. * WIFFI Vivo, courtesy, service provided by Vivo. * Water consumption, electricity (up to 40kw per day) included in the rent. * The POOL has a filtration system that runs every day for 4 hours, recirculating all the water in the pool through the filter and adding CHLORINE. *Avoid entering the pool with sun tanning lotions, beverages, or protective gear. * The house/pool is cleaned before guests enter. *On the agreed day/time of departure, Mr. Zeca, will go to the house to pick up the keys and inspect the house. Guest access PRIVATE BARBECUE AND POOL, FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE HOUSE GUESTS Other things to note *The house accommodates UP TO 12 people (including children of any age!!!). *Airbnb makes it easy to pay up to 12x on your credit card. SAFETY for both parties, the guest is guaranteed the existence of the house, as I only receive payment for their stay 48 hours after check-in!!! *WE DO NOT PROVIDE bedding, tablecloths, bath linens, cleaning and hygiene products, beach chairs or sun umbrellas. For the stay, bring personal items (pillow, sheets, towels, cleaning and personal hygiene products, etc.). WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: 1- Toiletries (soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, shampoo, body repellent, etc. 2- Sunscreen and beach towels. 3- Bed linens (sheets, pillows, blankets or comforter) 4- Bathroom linens (face and bath towels). 5-Cleaning products (detergent, chlorine, etc.). 6-Bring beach chairs and umbrellas. Most beaches have kiosks with tables and chairs for customers.
