Guest access During your visit to 12 Moonshell, you have access to the Beach Club Parking lot in Ocean City and at the entire house; family board games, backyard activities, kayak rental, paddle board rental, bikes and all the community activities (some have small fee$). Crab or fish off the 40' private dock or bring your own fifty foot boat. Ocean Pines amenities include tennis, basketball, bocce courts, hiking/biking trails, community pools, playgrounds, live music, movie nights, farmers market, golf, marinas and boat ramp, skateboard park and local dining/shopping. The home is tastefully decorated in a beach theme, comfortable furniture, open spaces, modern conveniences and attention to detail. Clean bed linens and towel sets provided for guests.
