A beautiful farmhouse with 3 bedrooms avialable, well decorated and clean. It's located in a big scenic private property in Perkinsville, VT. We have many good reviews from our lovey guests to guarantee that you will enjoy your stay....and also Homemade Food that we share with guests! The space Indoor space: 3 bedrooms with 4 beds and also other spaces and you are more than welcome to use things in the house like your house. Bedroom 1: This room is the biggest bedroom in the house It's on the 1st floor which perfect if you have little ones in your group. In the living room there is a comfortable cornered sofa that's big enough for sleeping or we can set up a nice air mattress for the extra guests. For entertaining we provide T.V. with DVD prayer, DVDs, Fire stick, Netflix and more. The full bathroom with washer and dryer is just the next door. Bedroom 2: This lovely room is on the 2nd floor which is decorated and painted in ocean & beach theme. It got 1 queen bed. The full bathroom is just right next to your room. Bedroom 3: This cozy room is on the 2nd floor which got the sunshine all day! It got 2 beds, queen and full. The full bathroom is just 5 steps away. Guests favorite room is the sitting area in the kitchen. It got the cozy welcoming atmosphere with comfortable chairs and couches. The beautiful setting, fireplace, coffee station that available at all time. Also there are some entertaining options such as a Big T.V., DVD prayer, Wii, Alexa (Amazon Echo), Bluetooth speaker, DVDs , Fire stick, Netflix and more. *FYI: We are bed and breakfast but we have to list as a house because other another 2 choices (private room and shared room) don't match with our ideal as you also can use the other areas in the house. We give you privacy and space, however we are available when needed. Outdoor space: We got a beautiful big space for you to explore. We have a river in the valley, a mount in the back yard. Our road is quiet dirt road and there is a covered bridge at one end of the road. We are only 11 miles to Okemo mountain resort, 32 miles to Killington, 12 miles to Claremont and 18 miles to Woodstock. Guest access We love the house full of laughter and joy. So, please create your stay joyful. And if you desire to make your own meals (breakfast is on me!), a wonderful Kitchen is available including refrigerator and also dining room. Check-in & check-out time can be flexible depending on the next booking, please contact in advance. We welcome pets and we are willing to take care of them when you go somewhere. We got 2 cats and they are super friendly but if you allergic to cats, we will make sure that your space will be cat-free.
