Welcome to Villa Davvi dállu – House of the North, which can accommodate up to 8 people. The detached house has 4 bedrooms, an open-plan living area with a Smart TV (no free TV), a modern kitchen, and a new hobby and activity room in the basement. In the garden you will find a conservatory with child-proof windows and a play and activity house. Relax in the evening by the fireplace or in the wood-fired sauna. Dogs are welcome. Laugh, cook, make plans – here the scent of fresh coffee and shared meals permeates the room. 🏋️ Activities & leisure: The new hobby and activity room in the basement, featuring a weight bench, yoga mat, dartboard, and a large mirrored wall, offers you the perfect balance between exercise and play. 🛋️ Peace and comfort: The living room is your personal haven after an exciting day. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa and enjoy the perfect feel-good climate thanks to the heat pump. 🛁 Private wellness: The completely renovated bathroom is your little wellness oasis with two sinks for a stress-free start to the day and a Bluetooth speaker for the right relaxation music. 🛏️ Sweet dreams guaranteed: Four lovingly designed bedrooms (Berry, Blue, Yellow, and the new Red basement room) with comfortable double beds promise deep, restful sleep, surrounded by the tranquility of nature. 🐾 Four-legged friends are welcome: Your adventure in the north is only complete with a dog – up to two dogs are welcome to stay with us. 👧 Children's dreams: In the heart of the garden awaits the play and activity house – a small realm full of joy that does not cause boredom even in bad weather. ☀️ Sheltered enjoyment: The sunroom is your magical window to the outside world. Here you can relax with a book and watch the children play without being disturbed by wind and weather. Villa Davvi dállu is your detached, private paradise – fully equipped, including a laundry room for longer stays. For the security of the property, the outdoor entrance area is under video surveillance. We'll give you the key to your time out in the north. To make the start of your vacation as relaxed as possible, we provide an initial supply (a small starter set) of toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil, etc. in the house. Please note that these supplies are not sufficient for the entire stay. Therefore, please procure the consumables for the remainder of your vacation on your own. Guest access Your very private realm in the north The entire, detached vacation home Villa Davvi dállu is yours alone during your stay. We want you to be able to unfold in every corner and enjoy the untouched nature right from your home. Full access to: The entire upper floor: With all living and cooking areas, three lovingly designed bedrooms, and the spa bathroom. In the converted basement: Here, you will find the fourth bedroom (red), the new hobby and activity room for sports and games, and the fully equipped laundry room at your disposal. Some other rooms in the basement are private and remain locked. Your private, spacious garden: including the cozy fire pit, the wood-fired sauna, and the play and activity house for our younger guests. Other things to note A few helpful tips To make everyone feel comfortable and to keep the togetherness in the Swedish north harmonious, we ask you to take note of the following points. We thank you for your mindfulness and respect for the house and the peaceful surroundings! There is 🚭 no smoking. We kindly ask you not to smoke anywhere in the villa - and that includes the conservatory and the playhouse. If you smoke outside, please use the designated ash option and never throw cigarette butts into nature.🐕 Pets Looking forward to seeing four-legged guests! Please bring your own dog bed/blanket and make sure that furniture and beds are reserved for the two-legged guests. 🎉 Parties/Events The villa is your retreat, not your party location. We love relaxed evenings by the fireplace, but please respect the quietness of the neighborhood. Parties and large events are not allowed. 🚼 Children Your kids are very welcome! Please note that the sauna gets very hot and the fireplace and the wide garden require constant adult supervision. Our house and garden are designed for the little ones to play! Garbage ♻️ separation Sweden attaches great importance to sustainability! Help us protect the wonderful nature by separating the garbage according to local regulations. The exact instructions can be found in your guest manual in the kitchen. 🔥 Use of the sauna The wood-fired sauna is a highlight! Please use it responsibly. Please never leave an open fire unattended. ❄️ Winter operation Please make sure to keep the windows closed when the heating is running to save energy and maintain the feel-good climate.
