It has a comfortable family room and full kitchen with dining table that seats 4 plus an outside patio. The space After opening the front door, you will walk into a long hallway. The second bedroom is on your immediate left. As you walk down the hall, you will pass a coat closet and washer/dryer closet, also on your left. The hall then opens into a large kitchen with all the appliances and amenities you need. There is an opening in the kitchen which overlooks the family room so you can still feel part of the action even during meal prep. The master bedroom is off the family room. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower. There is a patio in the back that opens into a grassy common area. The condo is only eight miles to downtown and the UT campus; approximately 30 minutes to Pidgeon Forge and the Smoky Mountians; and ten minutes to I-40. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Guest access Please enjoy the entire condo with the exception of the garage.
