Other things to note House Rules: - No shoes inside the house - Strictly no drugs, gambling, or illegal activities - No indoor smoking (RM500–RM1000 cleaning fee for odor removal) - Keep noise down between 10pm and 7am out of respect for neighbors - No adhesives on walls – damages from stickers or tape will incur a repaint fee - Clean the kitchen and wash dishes after use; extra cleaning fees apply for unwashed items, excessive mess (e.g., leftover food, bottles, BBQ remnants), or stained linens/towels (may include replacement costs) - Take care of the property – repair or replacement fees for any damages will be charged accordingly - Guests are responsible for their belongings; we hold no liability
