🌿 Air-conditioned house with heated pool & panoramic view – Beaujolais 🍇 Located in Beaujeu, in the heart of Beaujolais, this spacious and comfortable house is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Combining authentic charm and modern comfort, it can accommodate up to 9 guests in a quiet and preserved setting. The space The house consists of a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, semi-open to a bright living room, with direct access to a large terrace offering panoramic views of the hills of Beaujolais and, in the background, the Alps. You will also enjoy a heated swimming pool, recent, enjoying an exceptional panorama, ideal for moments of relaxation and conviviality. Upstairs: Three air-conditioned bedrooms and a second living room with sofa bed can accommodate different group configurations. Two bathrooms complete the set for optimal comfort. 🛏️ Distribution of beds (up to 9 people) • Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160 × 200 cm • Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 140 × 190 cm and 1 single bed 90 × 190 cm • Modular bedroom 3: or 2 single beds 80 × 200 cm or 1 double bed 160 × 200 cm • Living room: 1 comfortable sofa bed for 2 people A second, more intimate terrace allows you to enjoy peaceful evenings in peace. Location and panorama: The cottage enjoys a historic location, on the site of the old Pierre-Aiguë castle. It offers a remarkable panorama visible from the bedrooms, the south-facing terraces and the pool. The view extends over the Beaujolais in the foreground, the Ain plain, the foothills of the Jura, then the chain of the Alps with Mont Blanc in the background. Comfort and amenities: • Heated swimming pool from May to September (excluding adverse weather conditions). • Air conditioning available and individually adjustable in every room on the floor (bedrooms and living room). • The ground floor is not air-conditioned: semi-underground and built on the rock, the house naturally maintains a pleasant temperature, even in times of high heat (except in the event of prolonged opening of the glazed French windows). • Easy parking: up to 3 vehicles in front of the house. • Terraced house on one side: respect for the neighborhood is appreciated. • Cot available on request (€10 surcharge). Anxious to offer our guests a particularly neat and comfortable environment, we have chosen not to accommodate animals in this vacation rental. Thanks for your understanding.
