Guest access -The guests will have complete access to the Premium Suite. -Guest can access common areas like swimming pool, dinning area & games room. -The kitchen does not have any cooking utensils or a gas stove. During your stay Once the booking is confirmed, the information of the caretaker will be provided. The caretaker will be present at the property to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process. In addition, my team and I will be available at all times through phone calls and text messages. Other things to note - Common Pool timings from 01:00 pm to 10:00 pm. - We offer delicious in-house cooked meals at an additional cost; Veg meal package: ₹1200 pp Non veg meal package: ₹1400 pp - 24 hours prior food order will be taken. - If informed in less then 24 hours, We might not be able to take immediate orders. -Outside food is restricted at the property. Refundable security deposit: A security deposit of ₹5,000 is collected at the time of check in and refunded back at the time if check out if no damages are detected However, if any damages occur during your stay, the cost of repairs will be deducted from your security deposit. Pet rules: Pets are allowed, applicable ₹ 800 additional charge for accommodation. Please Note: Pets are not permitted in the pool. Kindly ensure that you bring along your pet's bowls and bedding Pet waste cleanup: Guests should be responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including any waste or messes made in the rental property. - For the comfort and safety of all our guests, the use of hookah and any kind of legal/intoxicating substances is not permitted on the property.
