Whether you are passing through on the vacation route, on a weekend to visit the area or for work, this fully renovated apartment will welcome you to make you feel at home! It is located one minute from Place Duroc and a 5-minute walk from the train station, in a small condominium on a nice quiet street. The space The accommodation consists of a bright living room with a 140x200 sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests, a TV with TV channels and Netflix (access from your personal account), and a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, open to the living room and has all the necessary amenities. Find all the details in the “amenities” section. The apartment has a large bedroom with a queen size bed of 160 x 200 that can accommodate 2 people, a built-in dressing room and an office space. A completely refurbished bathroom includes a large shower, towel dryer, and nice ceramic vanity. The 2 toilets are separated. Guest access You will stay in an independent and exclusively private apartment. On the day of your arrival, you will receive a detailed message telling you how to easily get to the accommodation as well as the access codes. Check-in is self-contained with a key box, but I am also available if you need any assistance. If you come by car, there are plenty of free parking spots on the surrounding streets and in front of the accommodation. You can unload your luggage in front of the accommodation without any problem. Other things to note Possibility to leave your bikes safely in an inner courtyard.
