We offer you a cozy furnished apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just minutes from the Baltic Sea beach. In the residence The space "Lotsenhaus" is our cozy 2-room apartment "Ostseewelle" with a large sunny terrace with electric awning and beach chair. The apartment is about 61 square meters, is on the ground floor and has a large living room with double sofa bed, open kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and 2nd TV, shower room with hairdryer and natural gas central heating. Free Wi-Fi. Spacious window fronts let plenty of light into the apartment and provide a view that promises relaxation and recreation at all times. The apartment is designed for 2 to 4 people + baby. You can park your car on the property free of charge (No. 7). The apartment is fully equipped with laminate flooring. The equipment includes radio/CD/DVD/cable TV/flat screen, fitted kitchen with stove with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. You can store your bikes in the storage room (no. 7). The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The initial furnishing of the apartment includes a linen package per person, (included in the final invoice price: bed linen, towels, dishes, shower mat).
