Other things to note ### Check-out and Late Check-out Policy To ensure that our staff can carry out their tasks smoothly and prepare the accommodation for the next guests, all departures must be made no later than the check-out time indicated in the listing. Unauthorized late check-outs are not allowed. Any overrun may result in a fee of €30 per hour or part thereof, corresponding in particular to the waiting time and lost work time of our cleaning team, whose services are scheduled in advance. In case of refusal to vacate the accommodation after the check-out time, we reserve the right to take the necessary measures to regain possession of the accommodation, in compliance with the applicable regulations and the platform's rules, in particular by requesting the assistance of the platform and, when the situation warrants it, of the competent authorities.
