The apartment is arranged as a studio and it sleeps 2 persons. It can be on the ground floor or the first floor. It has its own bathroom with shower. The studio apartment includes an equipped kitchenette where you can prepare breakfast and easy meals. There is a fridge with freezer and a mini stove with hobs in the kitchen as well as pans, dishes and kitchen utensils. It has a private balcony with a lovely view, the windows are double glazed and mosquito nets are installed on them. The studio apartment has a wardrobe and a dining table that sits 2 people. The premises are in a very green environment, there is a garden yard at the entrance full of wonderful flowers. The area is very safe and quiet and it manifests the quality of the Greek easygoing and relaxing vacations. It is ideal for nature lovers, for walkers, hikers and runners. It is only 2 minutes walk away from the sea and 10 minutes walk to the center of Roda village along a picturesque beach-side route. There is a mini-market within 1 minute walk where you can buy food and all your essentials and a free swimming pool and pool bar -restaurant within two minutes walk. Roda village has everything to offer, a lot of options for shops, bars, tavernas, restaurants, car/scooter rentals, pharmacy, outdoor activities and of course a lovely sea. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk away and the bus service can get you anywhere on the island. There is free parking for the guests in the premises and free wi-fi acess. Stayover tax is obligatory by local law. It is paid in cash upon arrival and it costs 0.50 euro per night.
