Chata Pod Jaworem in Wisła, Room for 3–5 people
Chata pod Jaworem w Wiśle
Description
Our largest and brightest room. It faces the mountains. On a clear day you can see the peaks of the Tatras right from your bed — no getting up, no leaning out the window. Three separate beds and a fold-out sofa. Comfortably sleeps four, five if you squeeze a little. Plenty of natural light and space to breathe. Yellow pillows, bee motifs in the decor, and wooden walls that have their own smell and their own history. If you like room to move around, this one is yours. The space Chata Pod Jaworem sits on the slopes of Soszów mountain in Wisla, 5 minutes on foot from the Główny Szlak Beskidzki — the main long-distance trail through the Polish Beskidy range. The forest starts right outside the gate. The Soszów ski lift is a few hundred metres uphill. Wisła town centre is 15 minutes by car. This is not a hotel with a reception desk and a dress code. I'll meet you at the door and show you around. That's how things work here. Guest access Everything shared with other guests: dining room with a wood-burning fireplace (where the best conversations happen) kitchen nook with espresso machine, kettle and everything you need for coffee or tea terrace with a view of Barania Góra peak campfire pit and grill in the garden dozens of board games book exchange shelf parking on site I cook breakfast every morning. Eggs, something warm, fresh bread. Not a buffet. A home-cooked breakfast. 30 PLN per person. During your stay We like to have contact with our guests. We are happy to eat breakfast together with you, we drink-morning coffee, we'll play a board game. However, if you feel like a break from the people and experience the "peace of mind" - you are not going to impose. Other things to note Getting here takes a bit of nerve. The road is steep, stony in places, and GPS tends to give up near the end. Call me when you're close and I'll guide you through the last stretch. I do it regularly — and honestly, I enjoy it.
