Neighbouring Construction A neighbouring property is currently under construction, which may occasionally affect Villas 1 and 4. Working hours are generally Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our rates for these villas have been adjusted accordingly, and every effort is made to minimise any inconvenience. Safety & Security Your comfort and peace of mind are our priority. A dedicated security guard is on duty throughout the night. For the safety of our guests and the property, CCTV cameras monitor the resort's external common areas and entrances only. Getting Around We recommend renting a scooter or motorbike to make the most of your stay in Siargao. Airport transfers, vehicle rentals, and private transportation can all be arranged by our concierge team. The final section of the road leading to the resort is an unpaved island road, which may become muddy during periods of heavy rainfall, particularly between December and February. Guests who are not comfortable riding on unpaved roads may prefer private transfers or tricycle transportation. Island Life As with many tropical islands, occasional heavy rain, strong winds, and temporary power or internet interruptions can occur. While these situations are usually resolved quickly, we appreciate your understanding should island conditions occasionally affect travel, logistics, or response times.
