Raumquartier - Domicile for groups

The entire 600 m² space is exclusively at your disposal. The house offers plenty of space for groups, families, teams, workshops, seminars or shared weekends. The centerpiece is the large hall with high ceilings, tables, chairs, sofas, a projector, a piano and a jukebox. Here you can eat, work, party or just spend time together. The space You rent the entire building with up to 36 sleeping places in various rooms, on galleries and in two campers in the yard. The kitchen is equipped for groups: refrigerators, freezer, stove, oven, commercial dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, as well as dishes, cutlery and glasses are provided. There are also several bathrooms, cozy galleries and a courtyard with seating, a gas grill, a ping-pong table and an awning. Guest access You have access to the entire house, including the hall, kitchen, sleeping areas, galleries, bathrooms and courtyard. Parking is right by the house. The Brandenburg an der Havel main train station is about 10 minutes away, and Potsdam and Berlin are easily accessible by the RE1. You will receive all information on how to get there and the key handover before your stay. Other things to note The Raumquartier is suitable for almost any business format: whether workshops, training sessions, seminars, team meetings or presentations. At Raumquartier, processes are set in motion and changes are shaped. You can bring them yourself or rent them from us for an additional fee. Please let us know about this prior to arrival. The jukebox is not intended for party use. Parties, events and special uses must be agreed in advance. Please be respectful of the house, equipment and neighborhood. The house rules are part of the booking.
