The historic vacation home is located in the middle of CÀLIG, in a quiet location. Lovingly furnished with authentic details from 1893 and modern amenities, the core renovated house sleeps 4 persons with 2 bedrooms. Relax or have a barbecue on the cozy roof terrace or explore the surrounding area on the hiking and cycling trails. Only 11 minutes drive to the beaches. In about 120 m you will find bakery, restaurant + supermarket. Public swimming pool + sports fitness, free Wi-Fi The space The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2021 and many authentic details were deliberately reworked by us with a lot of love and preserved as much as possible - hence the original "retro style" with some antique furniture and accessories of the family. The narrow alley is a one-way street with little traffic. Only residents drive here and it is usually very quiet. Our Spanish neighbors are all very friendly. The brick rustic structure of the kitchen is unique, but offers all the amenities you need, fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, toaster, coffee preparation in different ways possible, teapot, etc. (no dishwasher) The dining room is very cozy and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There is also a fireplace (pellets) for the winter months. The pretty little bathroom is completely new and tiled with original vintage tiles and has plenty of storage space. A hairdryer and a magnifying mirror (7x) are at your disposal as well as shower and bath towels. (No beach towels) Both bedrooms on the 2nd floor have comfortable double beds (160 and 180 wide) and a wardrobe each. In the smaller bedroom is a second TV with streaming stick (Chrome Cast) + an infrared heater + floor fan. In the larger bedroom there is air conditioning with a heat pump. There is a small workspace at the window on this floor. On the 3rd floor is the bright spacious living room with a cozy sofa made of vegan nubuck leather - here you can listen to music (Bluetooth box) or watch smart satellite TV in several languages. Air conditioning with a heat pump and reading lamp are also available. From here you can reach the beautiful roof terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or relax and end the day with a barbecue.
