Gite 4 is an end of terrace gite, that is part of a barn conversion, made of local stone, situated in the beautiful Perigord Noir countryside. The gite is one of four gites in total, that share the communal facilities and 2 acre grounds. Gite 4 has its own garden area, with some privacy from the other gites. The gite has its own barbecue, outdoor dining table and chairs, outside sitting furniture and table with large parasol, and 2 sun loungers with a further parasol. The gite is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, television, DVD player and hairdryer. The large bedroom has space for a cot or a zed bed, with a dividing screen for privacy, and an en-suite shower room. The communal facilities, for the sole use of guests staying in the gites, include a fenced 10m x 5m outside pool with sun loungers and parasols around. There is a large open oak framed gazebo with sofas and chairs, and a library area with DVD's, books, board games and children's toys. There is a fitness room/gym with a multi-gym, free weights, bench, and mats. The table football can be found in the cabin hidden in the bamboo. Outside in the large garden there is also a 'Pitch and Putt' course, basketball net, mini tennis, football pitch, badminton, pétanque piste, boules, large trampoline, table tennis, large sandpit, swings and a slide. There is also a further communal barbecue area, with picnic bench and summer house. The hammocks can be found at the far end of the garden and there are also many seats to be found in the garden where you can simply relax. A washing machine is available in the laundry room for guests to use, along with irons, ironing boards and clothes airers. There is ample private parking on-site and free Wifi.
