The vacation home Welcome to our charming and lovingly furnished holiday apartment. On a spacious 80 m², a stylish temporary home awaits you, combining comfort, coziness and a touch of magic of the Harz. The apartment has two cozy bedrooms, which invite you to sleep and dream. The modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired — whether breakfast overlooking the countryside or an extended dinner: cooking becomes a pleasure here. And if you like, just sit on the balustrade that runs around the apartment on two sides. Food, a glass of wine or reading can take place here "in the front row" in nature and still offers retreat and privacy. Children and dogs are very welcome with us and there is plenty of space for equipment. The heart of our apartment is the pond room, a light-flooded living room with a stunning view of the swamp pond and the surrounding nature. This panorama is more than just a view – it is a constantly changing natural work of art. Depending on the weather and time of day, the landscape immerses itself in new colors, shapes and moods. The Pond Room offers a fantastic view over the swamp pond – a perfect place to relax! It is modernly decorated and equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi so you can feel completely comfortable. Access to your apartment is directly via the pond room. Enjoy the unique view outdoors: in front of the large panoramic window and on the terrace, a bench and garden chairs invite you to experience nature to the fullest. The gray room Welcome to our grey room – a quick-change artist among the rooms! The cozy sofa bed can be transformed into a comfortable double bed in just a few simple steps and offers two people – whether children or friendly guests – a wonderfully relaxing place to sleep. Order is also taken care of: a stylish dresser and lovingly self-built hanging facilities of the landlord offer sufficient storage space and underline the special charm of the room. And best of all, from here you can also get directly to the balustrade - perfect for a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. A room to feel good, relax and arrive! The green room is a stylish bedroom with two spacious beds, a spacious wardrobe and practical wall shelves with a small vacation library. Here, too, you have the opportunity to step directly outdoors and enjoy nature. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and ensures a relaxing stay. With a fridge and freezer, oven, induction stove and dishwasher, cooking and tidying up is a pleasure. A coffee machine, espresso pots and milk frother and a toaster are also available and there is also a basic set of spices, as well as vinegar and olive oil. We get the olive oil directly from Italy and you will find the contact details of our dealer in the apartment, whom we met personally while traveling. Dish towels, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tabs as well as everything else for cleaning is also available. The bathroom With its two sinks and spacious shower, it offers everything you need to start the day refreshed or to go to bed relaxed. Hand and bath towels for all guests will be provided upon arrival. The hallway Welcome to the space miracle – bright, spacious and practically thought out. The light-flooded hallway surprises with its spaciousness. Particularly practical: the many meters long shelf that runs discreetly along the wall. Here suitcases, bags and everything you have for hobbies, children or dogs find their perfect place – invisibly stowed behind a charmingly dotted curtain. This keeps the hallway airy and tidy – and you enjoy plenty of storage space while at the same time enjoying soothing order. This makes it easy for you to arrive and immediately gives you a good feeling of structure and serenity. The balustrade offers the beautiful view of the marsh pond and the surrounding nature every day. With a good book, a cup of cappuccino or a glass of wine, it is a wonderful place to enjoy and relax.
