The apartment was completely renovated in November 2025 and is in a modern, high-quality condition. The location is ideal: the children's ski lift is just a one-minute walk away, and the gondola station to the Disentis ski area and the train station with connections to the Andermatt/Sedrun ski area are both a five-minute walk. Hiking and mountain biking trails also start right outside the door. The space The apartment features a new, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living/dining area with a sound system, television, and a large sofa. The dining area seats up to six people. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The two bedrooms each have a double bed and two single beds, respectively. Thanks to practical built-in wardrobes, the apartment also offers ample storage space for personal belongings. Guest access The apartment is entirely at your disposal. Only a few cupboards are locked and reserved exclusively for the owners' personal belongings. Other things to note Location and Surroundings: The accommodation is centrally located in Sedrun. The children's ski lift is just a one-minute walk away, and the gondola lift to Disentis is about five minutes away. The train station, from which you can easily reach the Sedrun/Disentis ski area, is also just a five-minute walk. Restaurants and shops (Coop and Denner) are about a ten-minute walk away. Check-in / Key Collection: A key box is located in the mailbox. The access code will be sent one week before arrival. Please return the key to the key box at the end of your stay and lock it securely.
