Guest room is very asthetically build with 360 degree view of moutains and forests.. Costs are fixed for 3 guests, however we do charge extra for additional guests. Can accomodate upto 10 guests in all. Some milestones for day trip: Waterfalls & Nature: Kumbhe Waterfall Madhe Ghat Waterfall – Scenic falls with panoramic Sahyadri views, best in monsoon. Devkund Waterfall – Stunning plunge waterfall at the origin of Kundalika River. Sagargad (Dodhane) Waterfall – Picturesque monsoon cascade en route to Sagargad Fort. Historic Forts: Raigad Fort – Capital of Shivaji Maharaj’s empire, now with ropeway access. Karnala Fort – Hill fort within a bird sanctuary. Kolaba (Alibag) Fort – Sea fort with cannons and freshwater wells. Murud-Janjira Fort – Island fort famed for its impregnable defenses. Kothaligad (Peth Fort) – Compact hill fort with panoramic Ghats views. Sudhagad Fort – Forested fort with temples and granaries. Sagargad Fort – Moderate trek with coastal and Alibaug views. Manikgad Fort – Hill fort with water cisterns and Ganesh Gate. Padmadurg Fort – Sea fort built by Shivaji for maritime defense. Chandragad Fort – Remote fort with rock-cut tanks and ruins. Temples & Pilgrimage: Varadvinayak Temple (Mahad) – Ashtavinayak Ganesh temple with ever-burning lamp. Ballaleshwar Pali Temple – Ashtavinayak shrine in scenic Pali village. Jagdishwar Temple – Shivaji’s favored temple near Raigad Fort. Harihareshwar Temple – Coastal temple blending spirituality and sea views. Guest access A 2000 Sft terrace with panoramic view room that's furnished and can accomodate upto 6 guests. Consider this as your own farm... expect it to be like a farm. We do not believe in host-guest relationship. You will have access to entire farm. Additionally to make your trip memorable we can set up a tent experience for you (of course for a meagre setup cost) During your stay We are always with you while you are within the premises, else there are numbers shared to stay connected! Other things to note Expect home made food and local cuisines, you can also wear Chef's hat if you wanna try! To give you XTRAA comfort, there is no fix menu as such, we prepare everything based on your taste and choice! On special request, we can also provide a bullock cart 15-20 mins around the village for an additional cost! You can also buy local produce from us, that's produced, processed and packed locally and 100% Organic!
