House on private lake and forest!

Relax together in this red Swedish wooden cottage on a lake with a forest plot and private jetty with boat. The space The cottage is on almost 7000 m2 of land. The garden consists of grass and forest with a small path that runs to a private dock on a lake. A boat is available (in season). There is also a small swimming beach 200 meters away. The garden has multiple seating areas and has both a fire/grill area and a fire tone. A BBQ is available. The car can be parked in front of the door or can be parked behind the house. The entrance to the house is light. In the entrance is the entrance to the bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and washing machine. Also the pump for the water (from own well) is in the bathroom. From the entrance, you enter the fully equipped, bright kitchen. From the kitchen, you can walk to the living room. In the living room there is the dining table and the sitting area consists of a sofa bed and two armchairs. The living room has a cozy well-functioning fireplace and is also equipped with an air-to-air heat pump / air conditioning. From the kitchen, you also walk to the utility room where there is a separate table that can be used as a workplace. From the utility room, you walk into the spacious bedroom with a spacious double bed (1.60*2.00), a bunk bed (0.90*2.00) and enough space to store the luggage. The house is heated by an air-to-water heat pump. In the cottage there is a clapper with the codes for the Wi-Fi, important telephone numbers and of course all the sights, beautiful hiking trails, restaurants and tips for a day out. The cottage is just behind Kristinehamn in Värmland. The larger towns of Karlstad and Örebro are both about a 30 minute drive. Beautiful nature is just around the corner (including Tiveden National Park) as well as Sweden's largest lake (Vänern). Guest access You can use the entire house with surrounding garden/forest.
