You will enjoy a quiet resort space, only about 15 minutes from the center of Hanoi, but still fresh and poetic. The apartment has an open view of the nearby lake, river and lotus pond, giving a relaxing and pleasant feeling. From here, you can walk through the ancient communal houses and pagodas, feel the peaceful pace of life and the friendliness of the people of Tay Ho. This is the ideal place to stay for those who love nature and culture and want to find a quiet space to relax and recharge. The space From the 8th-floor terrace, you can relax and watch the vast Red River, the brightly lit Nhat Tan Bridge, and the shimmering city view at night. Guest access The 8th floor is the laundry and drying area for guests. The washer and drying area are free to use 24/7. During your stay I am always available to help. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, please feel free to contact me. Other things to note 1. For long-term stays (28 days or more), electricity is included up to 100 kWh per month. Additional usage will be charged at 4,200 VND per kWh based on the meter reading. 2. Essential items (toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and laundry detergent) are provided upon check-in. For longer stays (over 1 week), we provide an initial supply, and guests are kindly asked to replenish these items based on their personal needs. If you need any additional items, we are happy to assist with purchasing or providing them at a reasonable cost. 3. For long stays, we provide a clean room before check-in and fresh essentials upon arrival. Additional housekeeping during the stay can be arranged upon request at 100,000 VND/hour.
