The house is situated within c30 acres of ground that are available for the guests to walk around, comprising fields, woods, and river frontage. The apartment itself is on the first floor, with access via stairs. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and wet room shower; going up the half staircase to the next floor there is a separate WC/sink off the hallway, and then a door into the living space. The living space comprises a longe area with two two seater sofas, a B&O TV with terrestrial channels, a dining table and two chairs , and a modern kitchen with all the usual appliances (fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, sink). The living space looks out over the gardens/grounds. Parking is in the laneway alongside the property - it is a very quiet village. Guest access The entire apartment is for guest use. The apartment is accessed via a shared front door and up stairs which are alongside our utility room. Other things to note No pets allowed No smoking inside My housekeeper is in the property 8am-12pm most days. She will sometimes work in the utility room, which is beneath the apartment, but will avoid noise early in the morning so as not to disturb guests.
