The space Available to you is: - a glazed summer veranda overlooking the courtyard of the plot and the view of the lakes and forests An equipped kitchen with a walnut bar counter, a designer dining table and a book corner A spacious living room with a real fireplace, inviting hanging chairs and 2 folding workstations for a laptop - a large room with a workplace, a comfortable sofa and a sleeping place in a niche that does not occupy the common space of the room, which will allow you to equip the room as an office or library - a shower room with a warm floor and shelves made of real elm. About the infrastructure: For year-round living, the house has gas heating, water from a well with additional cleaning in the house, stable electricity at 15kW, WiFi and, of course, an all-season driveway on a convenient asphalt road. For an additional price, you can visit the bath house, which is 100 meters from the house, the price can be found in my other ad :) Guest access Guests have access to all the rooms inside the house, plus a plot with places for recreation, sun loungers and a patio. Don't worry, no one will disturb you in any part of the house during your stay. The price includes electricity at the rate of 120 kW per week in winter, if exceeded, the guest pays according to the meter.
