Cozy house with forest and lake

Surrounded by lush forests and lakes, this pink house on a hill is the perfect holiday home for families with children, a group of friends, or couples seeking to relax in a soothing natural landscape. The space This original and cozy country house lies in the lake and forest lands of southern Sweden. It is an original Swedish "sommar stuga" that has been refurbished with the amenities of a modern house and can sleep up to 6 people. It lies next to a forest in a beautiful green setting by lake Bjärlången (approx. 150 yards / 100 m away), with a rowboat for five people. It is the perfect place for someone seeking a cozy nest away from the bustle of big towns, but still close to service and comfort. My family has lived and traveled through many places and this house has always been our base so the interiors are furnished and decorated with artifacts and artwork from all over the world. There is also an extensive library with tons of books in different languages with genres and topics of every kind. The house has a big garden (perfect for playing croquet or badminton) with an outdoor seating area, a wooden swing sofa, a hammock, and last but not least a barbecue grill in the shape of a giant mushroom with baby mushroom seats !!! This house is truly special and with plenty of indoor and outdoor activities, it is suitable for all seasons and makes the ideal holiday home for families, a group of friends, or couples seeking a quiet retreat in nature. Guest access The house is approximately 150 sqm. and has 3 bedrooms and a guest house: - MASTER BEDROOM with a double bed and a large adjoining bathroom equipped with a bubble bath and underfloor heating. - ROOM WITH PANORAMIC VIEW with a single bed and a sofa bed. This room also has an activity table and toys for children. - SINGLE STUDY ROOM with a single bed and a desk space. - DETACHED ONE-ROOM GUEST HOUSE with single bed, built-in kitchenette (stove, fridge and freezer) and mini veranda. Perfect for teenagers or additional guests. Each room has a built-in heater that is independently regulated and temperature controlled. The house has a large living room with a dining table that accommodates up to 8 people. There is also a fireplace in the living room and a fireplace in the glass-enclosed veranda. The veranda looks out over the garden and it also has electric heating so it can be used all year round. The house has a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher) with a small adjoining dining area. There is also an external dining area in the garden behind the house. There is a bathroom near the entrance with a standing shower, WC, washing machine and dryer. There is also an outdoor shower for hot summer days. The house has its own private jetty by the lake for sunbathing and jumping in the water. There is also a rowboat (life vests available for 2 children and 4 adults) and a picnic table next to the lake for lunch or "fika" break. Guests have fishing permission for the lake and some simple fishing rods are provided. If you would like to fish seriously though, we recommend you bring your own equipment! There are also 3 adult bicycles and one children's bicycle available. For winter time activities there are 3 "pulkas" (sledges) available and plenty of wood for the fire places. There are also two small houses in the garden behind the house, one of them is a wood-workshop ("snickarbod"), but at the moment these are not accessible to guests as we are using them for storage.
