Perfect Summer Getaway! Sunrise & Sea Cortez view from your own private balcony

Hacienda Encantada Resort & Residences was designed in a contemporary Mexican Hacienda style set in one of the most picturesque and tranquil settings amidst the mysterious Baja desert and the stunning blue of the Sea of Cortez at the tip of the 1,000-mile long southern Baja California Peninsula. The resort is built on a cliff overlooking the Sea of Cortez with breathtaking views of the famous Land’s End arch to the right, and the San Jose coastline to the left, and during the winter, California grey whales as they frolic in the warm waters with newborn calves. I have had this unit since its resort's Phase 1, and property did not even exist yet, meaning the construction just getting started. When I purchased it in 2005 the Sales Director took me to a vacant lot to show me how the building would be located and looked like (I fell in love already because it has a spectacular view of sunset of the famous arch of cabo! and yes during certain season of the year, we can also see the Sunrise view while sitting down at private balcony. The unit has views of Sea Cortez! and we can see whales breaching off the water during the whale season!! just incredible view and peaceful ... all morning all day all night! Founders building is the building on the oceanfront, with the infinity pool (and snack bars with private sun bathing areas) This junior suite can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. (Room has 2 queen beds or double, and has sofa bed sleeps for 2 people) There is a private jacuzzi inside your room. There is a complimentary resort shuttle that will take you to Marina Fiesta (sister resort located in the heart of marina, central downtown, next to mall at the marina!) on 1-hr interval schedule. Must reserve booking at front desk to get your complimentary shuttle ticket. (or just call from your room) Because the property is incredible huge, there's a shuttle takes you everywhere around the resort. All you have to do is wait up downstairs :) or simply call on the phone to be picked up right at your room! Very private, very accommodating. All staff are super friendly and yes they can speak English well :) On Tuesdays, there's Owners Cocktail that is for Owners only. If you are signed in as owners guests, you may be attending this special treat. On the resort, Not very many people know this, but there is a small hike up to the top of hill where the flags and cross are, it is the most incredible view from above to see the Sea Cortez and Pacific Ocean views! I had taken so many pictures and videos from up there... very stunning! If you are into privacy and simply trying to get away from all from the noise and busy of this world and just to enjoy your time away, this resort is for you! And if you want to enjoy the noise in Cabo, simply jump in the resort shuttle that will take you to town! This resort is the jewel of Cabo. You will enjoy your stay there!
