A nice room 30 minutes from Beaune

Pleasant and unpretentious room for rent in a house in the heart of Seurre, 30 minutes from Beaune. Ideally located 5 minutes by foot from the Voie Verte and close to EuroVéloroute 6, perfect for cyclists and nature lovers. Quiet, comfortable (new bed) and a central location for discovering Burgundy. Simple and friendly atmosphere, with a dog and cats in the house. If necessary, it is possible to add a bed for 2 people. The space In a pretty brick house in the city center, everything is within walking distance. The house is on R+1, it is not accessible PMR. The house benefits from a courtyard, two gardens which will allow you to enjoy moments of rest in pleasant spaces. I have two cats as well as a dog. they are all adorable. Need some greenery? Go for a walk along the Saône. If you want to have a drink, you can enjoy the city center and its terraces. The train station takes you directly into the center of Dijon. You can easily get to Chalon sur Saône, Beaune and Dole. Enjoy all these oppurtunities to visit quiet and charming small towns. Guest access You can use both bathrooms, the one upstairs is reserved for you. You will have access to and be able to use the living room as well as the kitchen. If necessary and with my agreement, you can benefit from a workspace. I ask that you respect my private space, which is my room, and not enter it. During your stay If I am not present, I remain fully reachable by SMS/online messaging or through the app. If there's an emergency situation or difficulty, you can of course call me. Other things to note If the available dates do not suit you, please let me know. For comfort reasons, I put a long break between stays, but we can adapt it to your needs.
