Holiday home by the forest with a south view

Our vacation home near Dresden and Saxon Switzerland offers a pleasant atmosphere with a great view of nature and surroundings on 30 m². With modern furnishings combined with air conditioning, a fireplace (wood is provided), underfloor heating in the bathroom and a small cellar, we want our guests to feel completely comfortable. Complemented with a great outdoor area with large terrace and nature, you can relax wonderfully and enjoy all the amenities. The space Sleeping on the elevated gallery is something completely different... in addition, there is the new sofa in the living area, which offers space for 2 people, if you do not want to climb the ladder. In addition, additional mattress toppers, blankets and various pillows (including neck support pillows) so that you feel completely comfortable... good sleep is the foundation to enjoy a great day... and that is exactly what is important to us for you... Under certain circumstances, the cottage is also suitable for up to 6 people to stay overnight, but then it is already very cramped and more suitable when summer is and you can spend a lot of time outside and on the terrace. Tents are possible. Please always ask. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area, not in the house. Guest access We leave the key in a key box, so you can check in and out flexibly at any time. We will send the code and directions details (pictures of the entrance) shortly beforehand. Other things to note The newly installed air conditioning system should offer you comfortable living even in summer. In winter it can be used as a heater. The fireplace provides a different kind of pleasant warmth. Of course, you will get wood. Towels are provided and beds are freshly made. Basic foods (salt, spices, flour, sugar, oil, vinegar and others, filter bags and possibly coffee) are available from the previous guest and should help you prepare your favorite dishes in our solidly furnished kitchen. From our own beekeeping there are the various honeys to taste and of course we also offer you new glasses for sale. Drinks in the in-house cellar can be used. A nearby farm can provide you with eggs from happy chickens and homemade jam, liqueurs and seasonal products. (We are happy to provide desired products in advance, just a little information when booking) A drinking water bubbler (Soda Stream) is also available. Wi-Fi is 5G and a very good connection is ready to "work" from here, code is available upon your arrival. Our TV is with Magenta, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, WOW (Bundesliga), DAZN. Feel free to borrow our high-quality SUP (stand up paddle). In winter, we can offer you a sled. Please provide information in advance. In the outdoor area, two different grills are available, as well as the charcoal. You can use a fire bowl to bake, for example, marshmallows (sticks available) or simply relax by the cozy fire.
