The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We are surrounded by agricultural land (berries, kiwi, flowers, pumpkins,strawberries, avocado orchards, nurseries). Nipomo is a "Horse Friendly" town with almost all roads widened for horse,bike and walkers. Walking distance to the park where you'll find play structures, baseball diamond and batting cages, basketball, tennis and pickleball (lessons and group play 4 days a week),dog park, group bbq pits. We are just down the road from famous "JOCKOS" restaurant. Farmer's market in Trilogy 1 mile away open Sunday afternoons. Golf at one of 3 outstanding courses: Black Lake, Monarch Dunes or Cypress Ridge all within 8 miles. Paved bike path/walking path mile loop access at end of driveway. You'll need a car to stay here OR a bike! We are close to Hwy 1 where many bikers travel.
