The space Note that there is a concrete walkway of approximately 40 metres from the parking to the cottage. There is no handrail for this pathway and it does have a slope. The cottage has a burglar alarm that guests may activate at night. There is an UNFENCED swimming pool on the property. While this is not in the same area of the property as the cottage, this remains something to note - particularly for guests with small children. The short driveway does have a slope. Guest access Guests have access to the outdoor area immediately in front of the cottage, as well as to the astro/cricket net should children and teenagers wish to make use of it for sport. Other areas on the property are considered private. Other things to note Umbrellas are available for use when it is raining on arrival/departure.
