We chose to keep the whole in a large furnished room in order to offer the maximum space available to 4 people. New accommodation rented on 08/10/25 The space The lime wall home is composed of a dining area with a round table, a kitchen part, a living area with a sofa, a bedroom part with a double bed and 2 single bunk beds. Bathroom (sink and shower), toilet (dry toilet managed by us). Outside: a courtyard with a covered part of 40 m2. The uncovered part is coated with a sand to be able to play (boules). Linens and towels are included in the offer as well as cleaning (do not spare yourself to keep the place clean and tidy) Other things to note Don't be afraid, the access street is very steep (the easiest way is to take the street in the direction of Besse/Saint-Nectaire – Clermont. You have 1 parking space in front of the house, remaining parallel to the street (no maneuvering to be done). You can exit through the access where you came or continuing the street, without needing to turn around. In the municipality: - a grocery store and its bar in participatory management (village association), (local products) - a St. Nectaire cheese ripener and his specialty: the pavin - all shops in Champeix (3 km) - the pool in July and August - a local and organic walk on Wednesday mornings We can inform you for visits, walks, meetings...
