Our cottage, located in the countryside in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire region, offers a relaxing and peaceful stay, while allowing you to enjoy visits to the rose-growing village of Chédigny and to the Châteaux de la Loire: Chenonceau, Amboise, the Cité Royale de Loches, Montpoupon, and more. You can also visit Beauval Zoo and take delightful walks or bike rides, as well as tour wine cellars and enjoy tastings. Lounge on the sunbeds, have lunch outdoors. In summer, come and cool off in the family pool (June 1 to September 21 minimum) in complete privacy. The space The accommodation is organized over two levels: * On the ground floor, you enter a cozy living/dining area equipped with an extendable wooden table, a sofa, an armchair, and a Smart TV (Orange TV, with the option to access Netflix and other accounts, time-shift TV, etc.). The attached kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, Senseo, composter... Presence of a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, storage space for sunbeds/hanging rack/vacuum cleaner... Household products.... The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a changing table for toddlers, a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, etc. * Upstairs is: - A closed bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a dressing room, - A mezzanine with a romantic four-poster bed (140 cm) and a boat bed (90 cm); a large curtain allows this space to be partitioned for more privacy. Sheets and towels are available. You have free parking with direct access to an enclosed courtyard. You have access to the family pool, we agree together on the schedules that suit you to enjoy it in complete privacy under your responsibility (From June 1 to September 21 minimum). There are books and various indoor and outdoor games... Our village also has a children's playground with a zip line, a pétanque court, a basketball court... and a fishing dock. Skateboarding, paddleboarding 5 km away... **** Upon request and at no additional cost ** * * you can also benefit from: - A cot and a high chair for baby. - 2 yoga mats and an ab machine in the accommodation. - Desk for remote work. Our lodging is located 10 minutes from the main shops. We are also available to suggest a variety of sightseeing options: the Château de Rabelais (Le Riveau), the Château de la Belle au Bois Dormant (Ussé), the Château des Amours of Camille Claudel and Rodin (L'Islette), the Château des Jardins (Chaumont-sur-Loire), the Manoir de Balzac, Villandry, Valencay, and even more unique ideas for visiting wineries, concerts, and more. Some of our guests also choose to visit Futuroscope or La Roche-Posay. Guest access The entire place is rented out. It is attached to our family home while preserving your privacy, not overlooked, courtyard and access totally independent. Accommodation not specifically adapted for people with disabilities.
