Start the day with coffee in the garden room, take a morning swim from your own jetty or explore the archipelago with SUP and boat. The evening ends with sunset and a fire pit. The cottage sleeps 9 overnight guests, modern facilities and real tranquility - here you live close to the sea. Welcome to a charming cabin from the 80s, upgraded in 2022. The cabin is idyllically located, only a stone's throw from the sea with its own jetty. Here you can enjoy a real coastal idyll with a short distance to swimming, fishing, great nature experiences and local fun. Practical and comfortable The cabin has running water, electricity and fiber internet (Altibox). Heating with heat pump, wood stove and heating cables in the bathroom. The heat lamp in the garden room provides extra warmth on cool days. Straum is included in the price. Firewood can be bought for NOK 150. Jacuzzi can be rented for an additional fee. Please contact us. Guest access Guests can use all rooms, except for the storage room under the cabin. Other things to note Easy access and good parking It is possible to drive all the way to the cabin, with plenty of space for parking both uphill and downhill. Caravans or campers can also park, visitors with boats can dock, for an additional fee (more info in the rental agreement). Final cleaning by tenant (required) is not included in the price: NOK 1,500 Boat rental We offer rent of: Askeladden 14 feet, 10 hp (NOK 1,000/day, NOK 5,000/week) River 290, 9.9 hp (NOK 700/day, NOK 3500/week) – nice youth boat. Please let me know if you'd like a package price. Gasoline is extra and can be bought locally. Bed linen and towels Bed linens and towels included in the price. House rules and information The cabin was rented out by members of the Order to members of the Order. Pets are not allowed. (Can ask in advance) Check-in and check-out by appointment. Supplements to Finn's standard lease agreement will be sent. Security deposit: Upon entering into a lease agreement, the tenant must pay a deposit of NOK 5,000, as security for the fulfillment of the lease agreement and coverage of any damages or unpaid costs.
