The space The ground floor consists of an indoor terrace-style living room, which features a kitchenette with an electric grill, a table, and wooden benches. Ideal for enjoying a BBQ in the winter. The main floor consists of the living-dining room with an integrated designer kitchen and a full bathroom with shower. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people. Upstairs, 1 double bedroom with a 200 x 180 cm Japanese bed, with an en-suite bathroom. Another double room, with 2 single 200 x 90 cm (79 x 35 in) beds and an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are loft-style, so they have a ceiling height that drops from 3 m (10 ft) to 1.5 m (5 ft). The bathrooms are en suite with the bedrooms. The apartment has hot and cold climate control in all the rooms. Guest access It has a large 140-m² patio/garden shared with the other two apartments on the property, with barbecues, shaded areas, tables and chairs, and an outdoor shower, overlooking the river, which is accessed directly from the river walk. This apartment can be rented together with Apartment 2 (for up to 4 people, with a Jacuzzi) and/or Apartment 3 (for up to 9 people, with a hydromassage shower/sauna) if you wish to increase the number of guests. The apartment features a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Other things to note Our apartments are located in a carefully renovated old house, which gives it a lot of charm. Of course, as this is a historic building, some hallways are narrower and certain areas have slightly lower ceilings. We want you to know this so that you can enjoy it in complete comfort, appreciating the unique character of a home with history. Each bedroom features a full ensuite bathroom. There is a partition separating the toilet area, although it is not fully enclosed, and the shower is visible inside the room. It has a modern design, but we want you to keep in mind that if you plan to share the room with friends, privacy is limited in that area.
