The space The house Neue Neunzehn has three floors and combines modern design with historic charm. On the ground floor you will find an open living, dining and cooking area, which has a special atmosphere thanks to a panoramic gas fireplace. The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped, and a separate shower room with toilet provides additional comfort. On the first floor there is a spacious double room with a king size bed and smart TV. On the same floor is the main bathroom with extra-large shower, freestanding bathtub, toilet and washing machine – also ideal for longer stays. The attic offers another double bedroom with a king-size bed, smart TV and private toilet. Bright rooms, high-quality materials such as travertine natural stone and lime plaster as well as Scandinavian-inspired furniture create a stylish and cozy ambience. Guest access The entire house is exclusively available to you during your stay – there are no common areas with other guests. Check-in is contactless and flexible in time via a key safe right by the house. You will automatically receive the access code and all necessary information by message the day before your arrival. So you can arrive completely relaxed, regardless of fixed times. Other things to note There is no private parking space, but there are sufficient public parking spaces and parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. Please note that Herrenstraße is closed to cars in this section, as the historic iron gate has been closed off by bollards. As a result, it is not a thoroughfare – accordingly, there is no vehicle noise. For loading and unloading, you can drive up to a few meters in front of the house.
