Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, including terrace. Other things to note 1. The apartment is located on the bottom floor, two floors below ground (level -2). The elevator is not operational. Guests must descend two levels of stairs to reach the apartment. 2. Please park any vehicle on the left side of the undercover car park (if possible). 3. WiFi is available at an additional cost for long-term rentals. 4. Throw toilet paper in the bins provided. Do NOT flush down the toilet. 5. Set the mixer tap to the desired balance between hot and cold water, then leave it in place. Sudden swings between hot and cold may cause the hot water to cut out. Then you will need to turn off the tap and try again. 6. Empty the rubbish in the green skip bin across the road from the building.
